In each week of Advent, groups will be meeting to reflect on different themes relating to the Catholic Church. The themes are available for you to reflect upon and submit anonymous responses to, below. Please chose from the selection boxes and use the text areas to enter your responses. When you have finished, scroll down and click on the button marked "Send Reflection to Penzance Parish Facilitators."

All responses will be treated confidentially and with reverence.

We invite you to return each week of Advent to add your reflections to those from our in-person groups. In exploring the themes, participants are invited to:

- Listen actively and without judgement to the Holy Spirit
- Listen actively to yourself, mindful of your own thoughts and feelings as you speak
